These seem very strange words. If I put it another way, get all of your staff capable of doing your job. If you can do this you will find it significantly easier to focus on the growth of your profits. Its not good for the old ego, as most people, me included feel good when we are at the center of things. However the keys to a successful growing business is one where the owner can focus on the business and not on the fulfilment of orders.
