Each business has good and bad periods of the year for sales. In my last business it was Christmas time, which used to be an awkward time as the phones would stop ringing and orders would dry up. Whatever your poor period of the year you need to use it as a strength and not a weakness. With a little bit of clever selling you can get more sales than usual!
