Sales skills are fundamental to operating a business. I think today’s passive communication via text, email twitter and web makes a lot of people believe that they don’t need to learn how to sell. I could not disagree more. At some point you will need personal contact with customers, suppliers or partners and its then that those with sales skills will rise to the top. This video illustrates a simply error that I made that cost me a big sale. I learned from this mistake and made sure I did not make it again in the future.
